In the Gold Room

Here are two versions of my setting of Oscar Wilde's poem "In the Gold Room." There's a version for flute, mezzo-soprano, and piano, and a version for cello, mezzo soprano, and piano. You can find both versions here.

Note: The choice of vowels in the untexted vocalizations (indicated by Hmm) are left to the discretion of the singer.

Fantastic piece. I love your rhythm(if that makes sense?).

Elaine,

Your output and creative titles are impressive! I am a pianist and member of the NY Women Composers. I know the Monmouth Conservatory of Music (where I teach )would be interested in many of your titles, as they have a large number of string students. Best of Luck! Julia Muench
